Competitions for companies, Lugano joins the platform simap.ch

From 20 February 2025 the City of Lugano will publish the documentation of competitions for companies regulated by the Public Procurement Act (LCPubb) exclusively on the simap.ch platform, which is used nationally by many cantons and cities.

The City Hall of Lugano informs that, starting from 20 February 2025, the documentation relating to the new competitions for companies will be published exclusively on the external platform simap.ch.  The access to documentation will be possible by registering on the platform.

simap.ch è the official portal for public procurement of the Confederation, semi-public organisations, cantons and Swiss municipalities.

Recently renewed, the platform offers several functionalities; for bidders, including:

• Manual search of public tenders or creation of search orders by subscription;
• Download of publications and related tender documentation; <>
• Possibilityà to submit applications on the calls

Starting from February 20, 2025, the website of the Cityà Bring back however, a list of the competitions published on simap.ch and a link to the related documentation.

For competitions for companies opened before February 20, 2025, l' Access to documentation will remain available on the City's website. of Lugano until their closure.
