Logitech in Switzerland: Net profit and revenue up in 2024-2025

The Swiss-US group Logitech, a leading manufacturer of computer accessories such as mice, keyboards and webcams, closed the 2024-2025 financial year with growing results. Revenue reached 4.55 billion dollars (equivalent to 3.76 billion Swiss francs), an increase of 6% compared to the previous year, rising to 7% at constant exchange rates.

Positive financial results

The profit Non-GAAP operating income rose 11% to $$775 million, while strong earnings per share> reached $$4.84, up 14%. These figures do not follow GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) criteria, but still reflect a solid profitability recognized by the market.

According to CEO Hanneke Faber, it was an exceptional year for Logitech in Switzerland and worldwide, with sales growing in all geographies and a gain in terms of of market shares. Fourth quarter subdued, but earnings above expectations

In the fourth quarter alone, revenue stood at $1.01 billion, up 2% at constant rates. However, operating profit fell 19% to $106 million, while non-GAAP declined 16% to $133 million. Despite this, non-GAAP net income of $140 million beat analysts' forecasts, who expected $133 million.

Expectations for revenue for the quarter were slightly higher ($1.045 billion), but strong earnings gave investor confidence.

No forecast for 2025-2026

At the beginning of April, Logitech had confirmed its full-year 2024-2025 revenue target (between $4.54 billion and $4.57 billion), but withdrew its 2025-2026 forecast due to global uncertainty, particularly related to the trade war between the United States and China.

The company Logitech said it is ready to contain the impact of tariffs through flexible production and measures such as price increases and cost optimization.

For the first quarter of the new financial year, Logitech expects revenue in the range of $1.10 billion to $1.15 billion, up between 1% and 6%, with non-GAAP operating income between $155 million and $185 million.
